You retain ownership of the content, data, and workflow configurations that you submit to the service. You grant us a limited right to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automate and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you have violated these Terms, created security risk, or used the platform in a way that may harm us or other users.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
